Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions may be ordered in person at reception, or by post, fax or email. You should allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready for collection. For safety reasons, we do not take phone requests.

Please, do not ask your doctor or nurse for repeat prescriptions during your appointment. We need to use this time to your best advantage.

We also offer a "Collect at the Chemist" scheme with several local chemists. Please, ask your local pharmacist for further details.

NEW ARRANGEMENT FOR COLLECTION OF PRESCRIPTIONS

Repeat prescriptions can be collected from the Rushey Green Pharmacy whenever the surgery is closed, that is, from 8:00pm to 8:00am week days, and from 8:00pm on Friday to 8:00am on Monday. Prescriptions should be collected from reception at all other times when the surgery is open. We are confident that this arrangement will provide additional access to our patients to collect their prescriptions out of hours.

YOU, OF COURSE, DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR USUAL CHEMIST AS A RESULT.
