  • Book over the phone on 020 7138 7150 between 8am - 6.30pm

In order to book appointments online you will need to register for your own private password. You will need to bring 2 forms of ID into the practice. A photo ID (such as a passport) and a proof of address (such as a bill or bank statement). To book an appointment over the phone you will need to ensure that we have your current phone number and correct date of birth.

Do you want to receive text message appointment reminders?

If so please contact the practice to ensure that we have your correct mobile number - this facility will also enable you to cancel appointments via text!

How our appointment system works

The practice aims to offer a wide range of appointments for patients.
There is a mixture of same day (book on the day only) appointments and
pre-bookable appointments (bookable up to one month in advance).

NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM TRIAL
From February 2012 we are trialling a new appointment system which will replace the open surgery walk in clinic.

We have increased the number of Same Day Appointments on offer.
To book a morning appointment for the same day you will need to present at the desk on the morning you would like the appointment for.

You can book a same day appointment for the afternoon on the day by presenting at the desk or booking over the phone.

We still offer plenty of one month prebookable appointments which you can book in person, on our automated phone system or online.

We always endeavour to let you book an appointment with the doctor of your choice at a time that suits you best. However, this is obviously not always possible especially at times of high demand and when doctors are on holiday.

Additional Information

BE PROMPT: Patients are responsible for keeping their appointments. There is a 10 minute grace period after your booked time - If you are running more than 10 minutes late the GP or nurse may not be able to see you.

You may choose to see any of the doctors in the practice, regardless of who you are registered with, though it is normally better to see one doctor constantly to maintain good continuity of care.

An appointment is for one person only. If more than one member of your family needs a consultation or if an interpreter is required – please tell the receptionist so that individual appointments can be made.

Following the advice above will help us to keep waiting times down.

If your GP or nurse is running late due to patients arriving late for their appointment, complex cases or emergencies the reception team will notify patients who are waiting.
